## What Pizanos is known for
### Gluten-Free Pizza
A 10-inch gluten-free pizza crust available with any topping on the menu, not a shortened GF-only list. Gluten-free salads (garden, spinach, Caesar) and wings (gluten-free as-is) are also available, plus a dairy-free cheese option. Dedicated gluten-free screens, spatulas, and cutters are used, and ingredients are not cross-contaminated before they arrive. Note: Pizanos is not a certified gluten-free kitchen - pizza dough is made fresh on-site daily with wheat flour, so gluten is present in the air and on surfaces throughout the space. For celiac disease or severe gluten allergy, ask staff before ordering.

### Wings
One of the top 3 most-ordered items on the menu, available on their own or with a meal. Tossed fresh to order in 5 sauces: hot buffalo (most popular), mild buffalo, BBQ, garlic parmesan (a Pizanos original), and sweet chili. Gluten-free as-is. A common add-on to catering orders.

### Pizza Catering & Large Groups
Catering for groups from a handful of people up to 100+, with a sweet spot of 5 to 30 people. Common for office lunches, team events, birthday parties, and downtown-event groups. Orders mix and match shareable specialty pizzas, wings (any of the 5 sauces), garden or spinach salad, hoagie sandwiches, and pasta in an edible pizza-crust bowl. ### Happy Hour
Daily, 3:00 PM-6:00 PM, every day of the week including weekends - not weekdays only. Full menu available during happy hour (not a shortened happy hour menu): pizza by the slice, wings, salads, sandwiches, and pasta. Six beers on draft, plus select bottled beers and canned cocktails. Seating inside and on a shaded outdoor patio.

A few blocks from the Pioneer Center, the Riverwalk, and the Reno Arch, in the Riverwalk District. Garage parking across the street, validated by Pizanos. Family-run and serving downtown Reno since 2013.
